What's included in the price?
Official SAFe courseware, exam voucher, one year of SAFe Studio access, certificate of completion, and (after passing the exam) the official SAFe certification credential.
Live virtual or in-person?
Most public cohorts run live virtual. In-person cohorts are scheduled by demand. Corporate clients can request in-person on-site delivery — see the Corporate Programs page.
What's the cancellation policy?
Full refund up to 7 days before class. Within 7 days, you can transfer to a later cohort at no charge or take 50% credit toward another class.
How does SAFe recertification work?
SAFe certifications renew annually for a $100–$295 fee depending on the cert. We send renewal reminders to alumni; alumni Slack covers the renewal exam prep too.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — 2-pay or 3-pay split-pay is available on classes over $1,495. Request at registration.
